Heat exchanger tank BT-12T-15K

Heat exchanger tank BT-12T-15K is used for storage, volume control, temperature, buffer fluid pressure, that is used for lubrication and cooling of double tandem mechanical seals. Is applied for seal binding according to the plan 52 API 682.

Design peculiarity:
  • The split type design, the bottom with the coil can be removed for cleaning of the scum and sediment;
  • Equipped with the Klinger glass.
  • Sockets for level, temperature and pressure sensors connection are provided.
  • Equipped with ball valves, safety valves, bimetal thermometer, pressure gauge
Materials:
  • stainless steel 12X18H10T;
  • rubber mixtures based on fluororubber, perfluororubber, ethylene propylene.

Heat exchanger tank BTN-12D-35Kis used for storage, volume control, temperature, barrier fluid pressure, that is used for lubrication and cooling of double tandem mechanical seals. Is applied for seal binding according to the plan 53A API 682.

Design peculiarity:
  • The design of the split type, the bottom with the coil can be removed for cleaning of the scum and sediment;
  • Equipped with the booster pump type NPR 3-35K;
  • Equipped with Durance glass for visual liquid level control
  • Sockets for level, temperature and pressure sensors connection are provided.
  • Equipped with ball valves, safety valves, bimetal thermometer, pressure gauge

Hydrocyclone separator model GTSS designed for cleaning of supplied sealing liquid from abrasive substances. Is applied together with single mechanical seal binding according to the plan 31 API 682.

Application:pumps for oil extraction and transportation, chemical pumps in refinery industry, that are pumping liquids with hard abrasive substances.

Materials: steel 12X18H10T.

Features:
  • Maximum operational pressure -10 (100) MPa (kg/cm2).
  • Maximum working temperature – 150 °C.
  • Connection – G ½ ; flange.
  • Minimum differential pressure across the hydrocyclone – 0. 15 (1.5) MPa (kg/cm2).
  • Cleaning degree depending on fluid (product) viscosity and size of mechanical particles. – from 90 to 99%.

External heat exchanger model VT-45K designed for cooling liquids, that are supplied to the mechanical face seal chamber. Is applied for seal binding according to the plans 21, 22, 23, 41, API 682.
