Die Collars (K and LK types)

Die Collars (K and LK types) are used for capturing and subsequent extraction of the drilling pipes or tubing strings, that were left in the well, by cutting-in and screwing on outer surface of the pipe.

The difference between die collar K type and LK type is the pin thread for the re-entry guide connection.

Die Collars (KS and LKS types)

Die Collars (KS and LKS types) are used for capturing and subsequent extraction of the drilling pipes or tubing strings, that were left in the well, by cutting-in and screwing on outer surface of the pipe.

The difference between die collar KS type and LKS type is the pin thread for the re-entry guide connection.

Button - hole mills (FZ type) and junk bits (FT type)

Button - hole mills (FZ type) and junk bits (FT type) are used for destroying the metal objects, cement stones over the entire section of the well at repair works. The cutting face concave camber of the milling cutter FZV lets to centralize mill down the hole.

Washover shoes of heavy type (FK type)

Washover shoes of heavy type (FK type) are used for destroying the metal objects in the annular space between the borehole wall or casing column and production/drilling string at repair works in oil, gas and exploration wells. The connection between milling cutters and fishing string can be threaded or welded.

Taper string mills (FKK type)

Taper string mills (FKK type) are used for cutting damaged areas of production strings (wrinkling, scrapped) at workover or cleaning “window” in the string.

Mill-reamers (FRS type)

Mill-reamers (FRS type) are used for cutting the “window ” in the string at drilling the new hole.

Tubing catchers of TVN, TVM, TVO, TNZ types

Tubing catchers of TVN, TVM, TVO, TNZ types are used to capture and to remove oil well, drilling tubing and casing during fishing operations.

By the type of capture tubing catchers are divided into two groups: inside (to capture from the inner side) and outside (to capture from the outer side of the pipe or collar). Inner tubing catchers can be not self-releasing and self-releasing.

By the direction of thread two options are available: left and right.

Drill tubing pipe subs

Drill tubing pipe subs are used to connect tubing pipes of different diameters, underground equipment with threaded tubing connector ends. Drill tubing pipe subs are manufactured in all sizes in accordance with GOST 23979-80.

Drill stem subs

Drill stem subs are used for connecting parts of drill stems and joining the drilling tools to it. Drill stem is a pipe nipple, made of highly-alloy steel the upper and lower ends of which terminate in locking threads. Drill stem subs are manufactured in all sizes in accordance with GOST 7360-82.

Types of drilling stem subs:

P type – bottle neck, box-pin;
M type – box, box-box;
N type – pin-type, pin-pin.

Slurry traps of SHMU type

Slurry traps of SHMU type are used for trapping debris of the destroyed metal objects and separate fragments of rock destruction tools (drilling bits, milling cutters etc.)

Slurry traps are produced with right and left connection threads.

The following types of slurry traps are produced:

• according to the length:
  • short (S) — to be combined with drilling bit;
  • middle (M) and long (L) — to be combined with the milling cutter;
• according to the type of the connected elements:
  • top — nipple, bottom — collar (NC);
  • top and bottom — collar (CC);
  • top — collar, bottom — nipple (CN);
  • top and bottom — nipple (NN).

Construction of the slurry traps with the diameter more than 150 mm is assembled. The elements of the construction are connected with tool-joint threads.
